Your engineering chief of staff

Your job is to manage the team. Not the tools.

Rosie watches Jira, GitHub and Slack, and tells you the two or three things that need you today, like "assign PROJ-482, it's sat unassigned for 3 days". You get the answer without spending the first two hours of your morning finding it.

Why Rosie

Rosie decides where your attention belongs today.

Your tools report activity. Rosie decides what actually needs your attention, from delivery risk and incidents to vulnerabilities, stalled follow-ups, and the reporting nobody wants to assemble by hand.

Rosie

It works with what your team already runs

Jira, GitHub and Slack today, with more on the way. Rosie checks the stack and tells you what needs management attention.

No rip-and-replace, no new reporting ritual to maintain.

Where Rosie is heading

Ticket hygiene today, the whole execution loop next.

Today Rosie flags what needs an owner, a nudge, or a decision. These are the flows we're building toward.

Delivery risk

When delivery starts slipping, nobody should have to piece it together by hand.

  1. Whena milestone confidence score drops
  2. CheckJira progress, PR activity, and latest status updates
  3. Flagdelivery date changed 3 times
  4. Tellthe engineering manager what needs attention now
  5. Showwhich KR or roadmap item is at risk

Rosie connects the dots before the weekly status meeting does.

Incident follow-through

Post-incident actions should not disappear after the retro ends.

  1. Whenan incident is resolved
  2. Createthe follow-up actions
  3. Assignowners and due dates
  4. Checkif any action is overdue
  5. Tellthe team lead what is still open

Nothing gets forgotten once the incident channel goes quiet.

Executive reporting

Nobody wants 20 managers updating 300 spreadsheets by hand.

  1. Whenleadership asks for a program update
  2. Fetchsignals from initiatives, incidents, vulnerabilities, and sheets
  3. Writethe summary in the right level of detail
  4. Sendthe VP or CPTO the update
  5. Linkthe risks back to outcomes and KRs

Everyone works from the same numbers, so the update stops eating a day.

The important stuff should come to you.

Less hunting.

Stop piecing together status across ten places.

Fewer surprises.

See risks and follow-ups before they become problems.

Not another chat window

Rosie isn't a chatbot you have to remember to open.

Claude and ChatGPT are useful when you have a question. Rosie is built to watch your tickets even when you haven't asked it anything.

Rosie

Rosie watches your team's Jira and GitHub tickets around the clock, checks them against your own rules, and turns what's wrong into a short list of what to do next.

Choose Rosie when you want something watching your team's tickets, so you don't have to check ten places yourself.

  • Jira + GitHub + Slack
  • Runs on your team's own rules
  • Built for engineering managers

Claude

Claude is Anthropic's general-purpose AI assistant, built for writing, research, and reasoning through a problem in conversation.

Choose Claude when you want to think something through with an AI, not have it watch your tickets for you.

ChatGPT

ChatGPT is OpenAI's general-purpose AI chatbot, built for answering questions, writing, and brainstorming.

Choose ChatGPT for that same kind of one-off conversation.

FAQ

Questions people ask before joining.

What is Rosie, in one sentence?

AI-driven strategy execution for engineering teams. Your chief of staff, keeping strategy and execution moving together.

Why not just check a dashboard, or do this manually?

A dashboard is only as accurate as the last person who updated a ticket, and it shows everyone the same view whether they're an EM or a CPTO. Rosie runs continuously against live data, decides what's actually at risk, and tells you before you have to go looking.

Isn't Rosie just ChatGPT with extra steps?

No. ChatGPT and Claude are things you open and ask. Rosie is something that's already watching your team's tools and tells you before you think to ask. The underlying intelligence might be similar; what it's connected to and when it speaks up is the actual difference.

Can't I just paste my Jira export into Claude and ask it to summarise?

For a one-off, sure, and it'll probably do a decent job. It won't remember your team's context next week, won't notice a PR going stale on day three, and won't enforce a rule across every team in your organisation. It's a snapshot. Rosie is continuous.

Is Rosie replacing my need for ChatGPT or Claude?

No, and it's not trying to. For writing, brainstorming, or a one-off question, a general assistant is still the right tool. Rosie exists for the thing a chat window structurally can't do: sit inside your team's tools full-time and flag what actually needs you.

What can't Rosie do that ChatGPT/Claude can?

General reasoning outside your engineering organisation's data, creative writing, or answering questions unrelated to your team's execution. Rosie is narrow on purpose, it's built for one job, not every job.

How is this different from just writing a custom prompt for my team?

A prompt answers once, when you run it. Rosie runs continuously, and the rules an organisation sets, like what counts as a blocker or what needs an owner, apply automatically to every team, not just the one person who wrote the prompt.

We already use Claude Code or Codex. Can't we just build this ourselves?

You could wire up a coding agent to poll your tools, but then you own maintaining it: the rollup logic, the rules, keeping it in sync as your organisation changes. Rosie ships that system already built, specifically for engineering-management accountability, not as a general-purpose coding assistant you have to shape into this.

Where does Rosie run, and how is our data isolated from other customers?

Rosie runs on Cloudflare's global network; it's not something you deploy in your own cloud or run as containers yourself. What we do give you is real tenant isolation: every customer gets their own dedicated database, not a shared table filtered by a tenant column, so your data is never sitting alongside anyone else's. On compliance: the security controls and documentation SOC 2 and ISO 27001 require are already built, encrypted credentials, audit logging, continuous vulnerability scanning, and we're actively working through certification now. We're not certified yet, and we'd rather tell you that directly than round it up.

Early access

Let Rosie manage the noise.

Built with Engineering Managers and engineering leaders who think staying across execution shouldn't mean living in ten different tools.

Who is building Rosie

Being built by people who've lived this.

Rhommel

Rhommel

The builder.

20 years across DevOps, SRE and engineering leadership. Cloudflare, Apptio, now Head of Engineering at Xero.

Rhommel is building Rosie because he's tired of the same two hours every morning, piecing together status across tools he didn't choose and tracking systems he didn't design.

LinkedIn
Baris

Baris

The operator.

20 years across operational improvement, CX and product. Gumtree, Rockend, startups and GovTech.

Baris is building it because he's spent too many meetings painstakingly stitching signals into a story leadership could act on, watching sprint commitments slip and OKRs drift in the blind spot between the team and the room. Rosie connects the signal to the outcome.
